Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Decora Glow, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, we follow a strict no-refund policy, with a few exceptions under specific conditions outlined below.


βœ… Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You received the wrong product or it does not match the description.
  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.

⏳ Return Request Window

You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

After 7 days, returns or refunds will not be accepted.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items bought during clearance sales or special offers (unless damaged)
  • Used, broken, or tampered items due to customer handling

To request a return, please contact us with the following:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Photo proof (if item is damaged/incorrect)

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping.
  • If due to customer reasons (e.g. change of mind), you will be responsible for return shipping.

Refunds are approved only for damaged or incorrect items.

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • For prepaid orders, the refund is processed to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, we’ll request your bank or UPI details for transfer.

πŸ”„ Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Contact your bank/payment provider
  3. Still no resolution? Contact us directly

🧾 Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us immediately.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return once the item is delivered, if eligible.
