At Decora Glow, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, we follow a strict no-refund policy, with a few exceptions under specific conditions outlined below.
β Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted only if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You received the wrong product or it does not match the description.
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.
β³ Return Request Window
You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
After 7 days, returns or refunds will not be accepted.
π« Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items bought during clearance sales or special offers (unless damaged)
- Used, broken, or tampered items due to customer handling

- If the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping.
- If due to customer reasons (e.g. change of mind), you will be responsible for return shipping.
πΈ Refunds
Refunds are approved only for damaged or incorrect items.
- Refunds are issued within 5β7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- For prepaid orders, the refund is processed to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, weβll request your bank or UPI details for transfer.
π Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
