- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
- We reserve the right to update prices or product availability without prior notice.
- Product images are for representational purposes only. Actual product colors and sizes may vary due to screen settings and handcrafted variations.
3. 🧾 Orders
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
- A confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp after successful order placement.
4. 💳 Payments
- We accept secure payments via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected pin codes.
- Orders will be dispatched only after full payment confirmation (except COD orders).
5. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery
- We offer Free Shipping across India.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on your location.

6. 🔄 Return & Refund Policy – No Refunds on Most Items
At Decora Glow, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy, except under the conditions outlined below:
Eligible Returns (within 7 days of delivery):
- Item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Product is unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
Refunds are NOT applicable for:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Clearance or promotional sale items (unless received damaged)
- Products that have been used, tampered with, or damaged due to customer mishandling
Refund Process (if approved):
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or through bank transfer/UPI for COD orders
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after return approval and product inspection
